Why Human Discriminate

     Human is most discriminating living animal. From birth to death human discriminates. Law is institutionalized way of discrimination. Law is made to favor some section of society and other sections of society are automatically discriminated.

     History is full of hatred, violence, war, gender biasness, looting, killing etc. All such act human justify to prove that he/she is 100% right. Any individual never accepts that he/she is wrong and has done some mistakes. 

      Main problem of this world is that everybody think that he/she is correct and others are wrong. But what we earn here will remain in this world and we will go alone leaving everything here.

      No body has been able to rule this world forever. Every powerful personality thinks that he/she is powerful enough to control everybody under him/her. But he/she forget that it is time that has given him/her that opportunity to lead and if time comes then time will take away everything from him/her.

      So we should leave our ego away and have to do something useful to society and country. This is best way to make world a nice and beautiful place to leave.

     Many ruler has tried to control the world, but very few has tried to think about common man. Ruler has come and went un-noticed and very few ruler has left memorable impression on history by doing nice thing for the masses.

Boss Vs. Guide

     Getting good Boss is like getting blessing from God. Professionals spend daily 8 hours with Boss in office. Not only that, if professional life is disturbed due to stress then personal life also get disturbed and our whole day can be spoiled and wasted.

      Some Bosses are good, some are bad and some are notorious. But majority of Bosses are bad. In slang chat BOSS is also called as "Brother of Sexy Sister" to pass comment on bad Boss. From now onward I will call bad Boss simply Boss and good Boss as Guide.

     Professional working under Boss (bad Boss) can not become good Boss and he/she will exactly behave with individuals working under him/her like his/her Boss. Guide is like a tutor and he/she can mentor individuals to excel in life and grab the opportunities with both hands.

Blackmail Your Boss

I've always been petrified of working for a boss who I didn't like but who I was in fear of, because I wanted my salary. ------- Simon Cowell

     Are you fade up of your Boss? Are you disturbed with your Boss? Are your Boss always complaining you about your work output?      If your Boss is indulge in wrong doings and he/she is unethical then it is very wise idea to black mail him so that he/she remain in a boundary and can not harm you. Direct blackmailing of Boss is not a wise idea as it can be unethical and dangerous for individual.

      4. Inform your co-worker about his/her wrong doings.

      5. If your Boss shout on you in public, then you also shout on him/her after tolerating 3-4 times. This will embarrass him/her more than you and he/she will not repeat in future.

      6. Start doing other work so that he/she can be afraid of losing you and others sub-ordinates.

      7. Read journals and bring some new innovative ideas so that he can get inferiority complex.

      8. Try to record voice video and take picture of his/her wrong doings. But you have to be aware of the law of land, because in some countries recording voice and video is illegal without prior permission at public gathering.

      9. Always keep some surprise elements for him/her, so that he/she can not guess your next move.

      10. Do things slightly at random fashion so that you are not predictable.

      11. Be smart and confident.

      12. Do not leave job without proper planning and better opportunity, because your next Boss can be even more worse than present Boss. Before leaving job, do some research then apply for change of job.


            Boss is the future leader of your organization. Boss should guide their sub-ordinate in right direction. Exploiting individuals under him/her should not be allowed. Good Boss should be rewarded and bad Boss should be punished to clean the system.

           Some persons think that Boss is always wright and he/she has more experience. This is wrong attitude. We should be vigillant to catch bad Bosses red handed. Wrong can never become right.
